Service Delivery Manager

Alan is responsible for the overall day-to-day service to our members and pensioners and for ensuring that a first-class solution is provided.

Alan has nearly 25 years of pensions industry experience in administration, projects, process improvements and client relationship management roles.

Prior to joining Trafalgar House in April 2012, Alan worked for large third-party administrators and in-house pension teams on a wide variety of DB, DC and hybrid schemes. He is part-PMI qualified and has passed the Foundation and Practitioner Prince2 qualifications.
