Since starting his career in 2013, Conor has worked for several third-party administrators, specialising in defined contribution (DC) pensions administration. Strong SLA performance, process review, and thorough reconciliation have been key to Conor’s success in these roles.
At Trafalgar House, Conor is responsible for leading the Scheme Services Team which brings together the DC Processing, Pensioner Payroll, and Scheme Events functions.
Having joined Trafalgar House in 2021, Conor established the specialist DC processing team before moving into his current role where he works closely with the Member Services Team Managers and is committed to delivering an efficient and effective service for members and clients.
