Gavin has many years experience in the pensions industry and has spent the last 25 years in the systems environment, specialising in data manipulation, mapping and creation of conversion software, calculation coding, testing, and signoff. Most recently, Gaving was involved in designing and building solutions to increase the automation of pensions
Before joining Trafalgar House in 2019 Gavin was a Pensions Product Manager for a leading pensions administration software provider.
