We are looking for a Lead Pensions Associate to join our DC Processing Team.

Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager, the purpose of this role is to proactively manage the performance of the DC Processing Team and lead the effective delivery of a timely, reliable, accurate and consistent day-to-day service to internal and external customers.

To be considered for the role, you should have worked in a DC processing environment for at least five years and ideally have at least eight years' experience of occupational DC pension scheme administration, including at least two years in a senior role, with responsibility for managing a team.
