Senior Pensions Communications Associate
We are looking for a Senior Pensions Communications Associate to develop and deliver online and offline communications to our members. You will create and maintain digital and paper-based content including letters, emails, forms, web pages and help articles.
Working alongside the technical team you will make sure content and collateral remains up to date and in line with pension legislation. You will also lead the development and implementation of our digital communication tools including email, video and websites.
The role will also include the development and coordination of ad hoc communication and fulfilment projects, and the management of suppliers.
Senior Pensions Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Pensions Analyst to join our Client Projects & Data team.
The main purpose of this role is to initiate and deliver client projects and internal business change projects to time, cost and scope for all stakeholders.
Working closely with the Client Projects & Data Team Manager to manage and allocate project work in the team you will also train, support and supervise staff to provide effective delivery of a timely, reliable, accurate and consistent day to day service to internal and external stakeholders.
Successful candidates will have demonstrable analytical skills and experience of managing a team.
We are looking for a Member Associate to join our Member Contact Team.
In this home-based role, you will be responsible for providing first line support to pension scheme members via telephone and email.
With strong customer services skills, you must have experience of handling pension queries, ideally within a contact centre environment, or in a customer facing role within the pensions industry.
Senior Pensions Associate
We are looking for experienced pensions administrators to join our Member Services Team. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team, servicing clients with DB and DC arrangements.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of five years experience in DB and DC administration, be able to demonstrate attention to detail and be a good team player.
