Systems Analyst - Technical

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to work as part of the change team, designing solutions and delivering enhancements to the end user. Ideally, you will have at least five years experience of front-line administration as well as at least two years in a pension projects or systems role.

The purpose of this role is to:

  • Manage the front line user support for IntelliPen products and other business systems, as required
  • Deliver change projects to successful outcomes through analysis of requirements, system application configuration, and testing.
  • Provide resource and knowledge for other business projects and developments, as needed.

Senior Pensions Associate

We are looking for an experienced pensions administrator to join our Member Services Team. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team, servicing clients with DB and DC arrangements.

The purpose of this role is to:

  • Provide a first-class service to clients and their members
  • Process all aspects of member administration to a high standard
  • Allocate and check cases to ensure accuracy and timeliness 
  • Production of administration reports
  • Ensuring processes and documentation are kept up to date

To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of five years experience in DB and DC administration, be able to demonstrate attention to detail and be a good team player.

Pensions Associate

We are looking for a pensions administrator to join our Member Services Team. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team, servicing clients with DB and DC arrangements.

The purpose of this role is to:

  • Provide a service that is considered to be “First Class” by clients and in accordance with agreed measures and timescales.
  • Process all aspects of membership administration.
  • Produce accurate written correspondence to deadlines.
  • Respond to members’ telephone queries either in writing or verbally.
  • Provide members with quotations as requested, accurately and to agreed deadlines.
  • Set up and process forthcoming retirements for payroll purposes.
  • Understand the principles behind commutation factors and calculations.
  • Understand the context and acknowledge of Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) from first principles; also have an awareness of a Contracted Out scheme.
  • Undertake periodical and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
