IT Support Analyst

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to manage and supervise the company's computer infrastructure, network technology, IT security and software platforms.

Working closely with the Technology Manager, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day business support and manage IT incidents, working with the Technology Manager, business partners and Trafalgar House employees to resolve incidents.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide technical support in problem management.
  • Work with the Technology Manager to help establish data storage infrastructure and access protocols and rules within the company in association with business and security requirements.
  • Help to oversee the use of the equipment, creating usage plans and techniques for new equipment.
  • Provide business support on client and staff service concerns. If there are any issues with the services that a business is providing, the role of the IT Support Analyst is to resolve the issue and/or escalate as required.
  • Participate in service review meetings with outsourced IT provider.

Pensions Associate (12-month contract)

We are looking for a pensions administrator to join our Member Services Team. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team, servicing clients with DB and DC arrangements.

The purpose of this role is to:

  • Provide a service that is considered to be “First Class” by clients and in accordance with agreed measures and timescales.
  • Process all aspects of membership administration.
  • Produce accurate written correspondence to deadlines.
  • Respond to members’ telephone queries either in writing or verbally.
  • Provide members with quotations as requested, accurately and to agreed deadlines.
  • Set up and process forthcoming retirements for payroll purposes.
  • Understand the principles behind commutation factors and calculations.
  • Understand the context and acknowledge of Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) from first principles; also have an awareness of a Contracted Out scheme.
  • Undertake periodical and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Pension Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Pension Systems Analyst to work as part of the business solutions team, delivering systems solutions to the business. Ideally, you will have at least five years experience of front-line administration as well as at least two years in a technical pension projects or systems role.

The purpose of this role is to:

  • Specify core product related change (i.e. calculations, process/comms, web, data) –for developers, ensuring deliverables are aligned to business strategy and objectives and realising maximum value for effort. Undertake appropriate testing strategies.
  • Work closely with the Client Projects, Implementations and MST teams to ensure the quality of incoming requirements and identify how best to implement system changes to account for these within the core products.
  • Deal with systems issues, minor improvements, data analysis and reporting requests and support software updates.
